Infrared Sauna

Warm Up Your Tissues & Enhances the Benefits of Massage

Prep and warm your soft tissues with infrared sauna before your massage session, to enhance the benefits. On its own, Infrared Sauna not only warms your tissues and joints relieving inflammation and sore muscles, but also promotes a healthy immune system, supports respiratory health, increases circulation, induces relaxation, supports the body's natural detoxification processes, improves the appearance and texture of skin, improves sleep, and much more.

Add a 15-minute or 25-minute session before your massage and take your wellness care to a new level.

Unlike regular saunas, which use heat to warm the air around you and in turn warm your body, Infrared Saunas keep the surrounding air cooler as the heat energy penetrates the body directly, temporarily increasing your bodies core temperature.

Infrared Sauna: Service

Your first time? What to expect...

Upon arrival, the massage therapist will instruct you on how to get in, out, and use the sauna. You will receive 2 towels, one to sit on and one to wrap around and then wipe down your body. Based on your comfort level, you may choose to either wear a workout top/sports bra and shorts or go naked under the towel. If you choose to wear clothes, do make sure to have a change of clothes and a bag to put the sauna clothes into, as they may be very sweaty.
