Shantel is deeply passionate about health, wellness, and serving her community. Since 2014, she has worked in the wellness industry with a mission to help clients feel more connected, aligned, and empowered in their bodies and lives.
Her approach is grounded in the principle of bio-individuality—the understanding that each person is unique. From life experiences and environmental exposures to mineral patterns and daily habits, every factor shapes how we respond to nutrients, stressors, and therapeutic interventions. That’s why Shantel doesn’t believe in “one-size-fits-all” wellness. Instead, she tailors her support to the specific needs of each client.
Shantel studied massage therapy at Great Bay Community College, where she was trained in modalities including myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and sports massage. She blends these techniques with time-honored healing practices like aromatherapy and cupping to create massage sessions that relieve pain, restore balance, and invite deep relaxation.
Her expertise extends beyond massage. Shantel holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Behavior, is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, and is a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) Practitioner.
Her signature "non-cookie-cutter" approach shows up in both her massage therapy and wellness coaching:
-
In massage therapy, she assesses client goals, stress levels, lifestyle habits, and postural patterns to design personalized treatment plans that target imbalances and promote healing.
-
In wellness coaching, she combines detailed health histories with functional lab testing (via HTMA) to reveal how the body is functioning on a cellular level—then creates a customized roadmap to support optimal health, vitality, and fitness.
With Shantel, you won’t find generic plans or quick fixes—just compassionate, informed care rooted in science, intuition, and whole-person wellness.
